Podcast Summary:
I was a broke, university dropout, at 18 I built an industry leading social media marketing company, and at 27 I resigned as CEO. At 28 I co-founded Flight Story – a marketing and communications company, and thirdweb – a software platform, making it easy to build web3 applications. I then launched private equity fund, Flight Fund, to accelerate the next generation of European unicorns. During this time I decided to launch 'The Diary Of A CEO' podcast with the simple mission of providing an unfiltered journey into the remarkable stories and untold dimensions of the world’s most influential people, experts and thinkers.
Why This Podcast Matters:
The Diary of a CEO goes beyond surface-level success stories to explore the emotional, psychological, and personal side of leadership. Hosted by Steven Bartlett — entrepreneur, investor, and author — the show features raw, long-form conversations with founders, artists, executives, and thinkers who speak openly about what it really takes to build, grow, and lead.
What sets this podcast apart is its depth and emotional range. Bartlett isn’t afraid to sit in silence, ask uncomfortable questions, or dig into failure, burnout, insecurity, and doubt. For entrepreneurs, it’s a rare chance to hear how high performers think — not just about business, but about discipline, purpose, relationships, and identity.
